All producers are not created equally, with that said, neither is this strain, I have had hit or miss experiences with this strain. Mad Mark and Phat Panda, are a couple that got it right. So the rating is purely on the good experiences, I am not going to knock a strain because someone got it wrong. Anything with fruit in the name, generally has a fruity taste or smell and this has both. From the light citrus fruit aroma to the sweet fruity flavor, hop on board the pineapple express for a nice long ride. Typically lasting over 2hrs, this strain has legs to go the distance. The high is very energetic, this is one of my favorite wake and bake strains.

Fucking hell. This strain gave me extreme anxiety after only one joint. No other strains are causing such mental damage as Pineapple Express to me. Be very cautious with it, probably you should choose another strain if you don’t want become incapacitated for the next few hours after only 2-3 puffs. Otherwise it’s pretty good, all my friends like it, but not me.

The flavors were primarily dry rough herbs and very bitter. The exhale was rough and heavily carbony. Overall, it got resiny very fast, but that just lead to even more carbon-rich, rough smoke. –The high was fast and choppy, but decently cloudy. There’s no doubt I got high, and felt dopey and dumb. It was decent. I laughed at stupid things and got munchies after.

Pineapple Express gives you both a head and body high, however the cerebral head high is more intense. The body buzz feels warm and tingling, but not overpowering. You feel energetic, yet relaxed on this strain. Definitely a good day time smoke, or at a party. This strain does not make me feel couch locked. Tastes a bit like pineapple and earthy flavor. Gives you a huge case of the munchies though.
